Bookshop

Don't miss the chance to explore the bookshop which was renovated in 2020 and is situated at the beginning of the museum route around the castle.

A rich selection of books can be found with a particular focus on books about medieval history, art and culture. Additionally, catalogues of exhibitions organized by the Castles Foundation (founded in 2007) can be found here. These catalogues are also available for exchange with other cultural institutions such as universities, museums, libraries, research centres, both nationally and internationally.

The bookshop of Bolzano’s illustrated castle also offers a variety of themed souvenirs and gifts (posters, diaries, bags, stationary...) as well as games and children’s books.
